Victor Henriquez Diaz is a PhD Researcher at the School of Law and Government of Dublin City University, where is completing a thesis entitled ‘Critical Raw Materials for Digital Sovereignty: Anatomy of EU Strategic Partnerships’ under the supervision of Dr Edoardo Celeste and Dr Trish Morgan.
Victor is the Deputy Coordinator of the DCU Law and Tech Research Cluster, where he acts as the Editor of the Comparative Digital Law Blog and the executive co-producer of the DCU Digital Law Perspectives podcast.
Victor was a legal intern at the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) in Vienna and is a qualified lawyer. He completed the European Master in Law, Data and Artificial Intelligence studying at Dublin City University, Universidad de Leon and Università di Pisa. He holds a Law Degree and a Specialization in Procedural Law from Universidad Central de Venezuela and an LLM in Transnational Dispute Resolution from the University of Manchester.
