Luis Felipe Alvarez is a collaborator and content producer at the DCU Law and Tech Research Cluster. He is an LLM Student in Legal Studies specialising in Human Rights and Social Justice at the University of Bologna. He earned a BA in Law from University of Costa Rica, is an Awardee of the Frédéric Bastiat fellowship in Political economy and has participated in projects like ATTRACT in Collaboration with CERN IdeaSquare, the Hague Inter University Law debate tournament, and The Europaeum Seminar in public policy. His research interests focus on using data-driven technological and legal insights to investigate social issues and the advancement of human rights, and technology’s relation to human rights.
