Camila Leite Contri is a PhD candidate in Competition Law at the University of São Paulo (USP). She holds a Master’s degree in Economic Law from the University of Lyon III (France) and a Bachelor of Laws from both USP and Lyon III. She is a Professor of Digital Rights and Consumer Law at IDP (Instituto Brasileiro de Ensino, Desenvolvimento e Pesquisa) and currently serves as the Digital Rights and Telecommunications Coordinator at Idec – the Brazilian Institute for Consumer Protection.
Her doctoral research is entitled “Enforcement and Interinstitutional Coordination of Big Tech: Harmonizing Competition Law, Consumer Protection, and Data Privacy Regulations”, explores the regulatory challenges and institutional frameworks needed to oversee digital platforms.
