The DCU Law and Tech Research Cluster is to share a call for papers for the panel: “Institutionalizing Cybersecurity in the European Union: A Distinctive Approach?” as part of the section “Digitalization: Normative and Empirical Challenges for Political Science” at the 2025 Annual Conference of the Società Italiana di Scienza Politica (SISP).
This panel invites contributions exploring the evolution of cybersecurity governance within the EU—from legal and institutional developments to strategic and normative dimensions. We welcome theoretical, conceptual, and empirical papers from scholars across political science, international relations, EU studies, digital governance, and security studies.
